We are a band of Ex-Police officers from the "Blackwing gaming" severs. We have disbanded from a corrupted police force to form a group to help protect the public. We are the Altis Public Services Department we are here to protect the people and there interset, no we are not a "PMC" Private Millitary Company, for we act for the people not to the highest bidder.
