As head owner i am the head of council.

Slasher is Head of recruitment.King of the north is editor/popularity maker.

The difference between head council and recruitment is that,being council member u are highly trusted to do hard tasks and incharge of the clan.Being a recruitment member you basicly make sure that the members joining are qualified.
