Meet one of the many heisters in Project Revival.
Starting with the underground introductory characters, we have Pig. Pig is a magician who simply wanted to make it big; starting with small magic acts which were poorly received. Trying many different live performances, with no success. He dreams of the largest live performance ever seen. He is not insane, nor does he believe in magic, but he simply has turned to crime to pay the bills at the end of the day.

Though he might be a bit odd when he yells abracadabra as he unleashes lead onto the police

A prototype is going to be available soon™.

(!READ!) Development Update #3 - 5-14-2016

Hey everyone,

This is going to be a shorter update in contrast to the prior ones, but I am letting everyone here know a couple things regarding the near future of PR.

First and foremost, the game is going very well. The tech behind the game is being expanded upon and very soon you'll be able to try out a test build of the game (though this initial build is just to give you all a feel of the game, just experimentation.)

What you will see in the first test/tech build:

  • A singleplayer example of the weapons framework
  • See the first pass of the safehouse
  • Test your marksmanship in a firing range
  • Check out the technology in the early phases of development

As soon as the test build is up, I'll make an announcement with a link to the game and you can all try it and give feedback. I'll also be making a thread with a format that you can post bugs on.


Second, we're still looking for name ideas. Anything at all will do, then we will handpick which ones we think are the best and then have a poll based on that, as well as some of my ideas thrown in there in addition to yours.
As soon as we have an official name, we'll start up an official Steam group for the game and close this one off from public access though remain in this group, it will be exclusive to early supporters and founders, and being in it will grant you a founder reward ingame

It depends on how it's attached, most real weapons that have threads for attachments are internal, and if they don't have threads, you'll need an aftermarket adapter for the ability to attach a suppressor to a weapon.
That said, this is also a can. It doesn't have threads. However, it could have something on the gun "side" to make it fit on the gun appropriately. As for the actual functionality, filled with foam. Not the most effective method of suppression, but it works and people DO use that (illegal, but we're talking about criminals here, so that doesn't really matter.)

A thought occurs. A pistol supressed with a soda can was theorized, but would it actualy work? i can see it being attatched to a revolver, but anything with a slide would be more difficult. any ideas?
