People have been harrassing me to get TO back up and running, I cant donate towards this anymore as i have other commitments, so i will reduce player size down to 38, and keep that going if the donations keep coming in

From now on, dont ban people just kick them, its usually only 24 hour ban but for some reason its becoming perminant, so just kick, if they return within the next hour just keep kicking.
