Welcome to the phantom raffle group!
In this group there will be raffles in which there is a small entry fee (so i can keep the raffles going). There is going to be a set number of slots in every raffle, and so there is no favoritism, the winning slot will be picked before the raffle so it is fair. to enter a raffle:
