1. You must be at least level 1 on Steamgifts.
2. There is no ratio requirements, but keep your value difference above -$200
          No warnings required. Instakick at -$250.
3. If a key isn't working, allow the giveaway creator to delete the giveaway.
4. No overpiced/flip asset games.
5. When creating giveaways, you are allowed to let your whitelist and other groups participate.
6. Be kind to each other, don't be rude and thanks the gifters.
