Pan Bros Unite!

I made some rules for some people like news admins just in case they mess up.

1. Don't spam in anyway possible. That means announcements, chat box, etc. Doing so gets you demoted.
2. Only add Player of the week with a reason or it will be replaced back to the previous PotW.
3. Don't randomly kick players from the Chat Room. Do this 3 times and you will be demoted.
4. Don't be racist, sexist, ageist, xenophobic, etc. Doing this ONCE will get you permabanned from Officer and Moderator.
5. Don't create fake events.

I might add more rules depending on what I see.
