Truth

In the beginning, there was the Server. And the Server was great and without form, and only scraps of business
files dwelt in its data. Watching over the server was the Prophet Schlenk, its noble keeper. As was tradition, the
Prophet Schlenk accepted a group of young men into her place of learning, and gave them access to the Server.

One of the first to realize the possibilities of the Server was Tonty, the Great Overlord. Tonty created a sacred
Folder as a dwelling-place for his friends of PSD, and decreed that all who were willing could dwell there
and share their files. Tonty blessed this Folder, and gave it the name of Kek.

The newborn Kek quickly grew as many submitted their finds in the name of Tonty. Kek was abundant with Emulators,
Pictures, Games, and Programs. Kek quickly grew beyond the scope of the Prophet Schlenk and was hidden from her
sight.

However, the one called Mattheus, still loyal to the Prophet Schlenk and her forces of Progress, located Kek
and struck it down. The Fellowship of PSD could not believe this was done by one of their own.

The Fellowship of PSD met again, and Ronneaus, the foremost Follower of the Ogrelord Shrek, requested a Chat
Room to be made, so that the Fellowship could plan and speak of anything they wished. So it was that the
Wizard of Dial-Up, called Brandon, gifted Kek with AdiIRC, and the sacred Channel of #plcc was created.

#plcc was abundant in conversation, jokes, trolls and memes, and many things were spread and requests made until
the Prophet Schlenk chose to scry with her NetOp Vision, and came across #plcc. The Channel was banished from
this world, and there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

All was not lost, for the spirit of Kek could no longer be restrained. Another Kek was formed, secreted away
in the far ends of the Server. This Reborn Kek was even greater than its predecessor, for the Fellowship had
begun bringing in Games and Movies from their own realms, and giving them to Kek for all to share.

Thusly the Wizard of Dial-Up believed that the tales of PSD were too great to abandon, and sought to record
them for all to observe and recollect. Now Kek stands, a stalwart bastion of Fun against the evils of
Professionalism and Progress brought by the Prophet Schlenk.
