PHEA (Panda Hut Elite Army)

PHEA is an elite group of Unturned players who play on Panda Hut servers and take down other groups and teams. The way PHEA works is on each pandahut server there is a base that a commanding officer is in charge of. For each base, there a is an officer in charge of it along with that bases squadrant of members.
