PDTHLM - Lobby Monitor for PAYDAY: The Heist

This group is the home of PDTHLM (PAYDAY: The Heist Lobby Monitor), a Windows tray application that monitors public and friends-only lobbies for PAYDAY: The Heist.



Since the game's server browser has always been limited, this tool helps players find active lobbies without having to repeatedly refresh the in-game list.
The application displays lobby information at a glance: map, difficulty, player count, lobby type, and whether the host has DAHM installed (if detectable).

It also shows which of your Steam friends are currently in each lobby. Double-click any lobby to join directly. You can watch specific players and get notified when their lobby has free slots.

Key features include difficulty filtering, sortable columns, automatic refresh, multi-language support (English, German, French, Italian, Korean, Russian, Spanish), and automatic updates. A details panel shows raw lobby data and Rich Presence information from friends in the lobby.

The application requires Steam to be running and ownership of PAYDAY: The Heist. It uses Steamworks․NET[steamworks.github.io] to access publicly available lobby data.

No game files are modified and no personal data is collected or transmitted. Network traffic is limited to Steam API calls for lobby retrieval and optional update checks from the project server.

During lobby queries, Steam may briefly show you as playing PAYDAY: The Heist - this can be hidden via Steam's privacy settings. There is no technical workaround for that.
