Originally formed in 2016 by Andrius, Scott & Tibo. The Irish Defence Forces or commonly known as the PDF quickly established itself as one of the largest Irish-based communities in Arma with a focus on realism and accuracy. The PDF offered its players an interesting pathway to play: a fully supported reserve battalion with special operations consisting of land, sea and air elements with highly detailed operations driven by stories. With some members having life experience in the Defence Forces with operational deployments within both the PDF and RDF. The unit will offer full operational support for all elements of the modern force Ireland has to offer with extended lure to allow UN and NATO based operations.
