关于 OverWatch Mod Revival

A revival group for the OverWatch mod for HL2.

This group will host events AND announcements for the OverWatch mod.

If all goes well I'll host a dedicated server for it, if not it'll be a listen server (none-permanent) and will only be hosted during gaming sessions.

Please don't be shy and feel free to come into TeamSpeak, also please welcome other people into this amazing mod.

+Server 1 (Dedicated Server Stress test) (16 players max CUSTOM server)+
Look for the server in the server browser in-game or...
Paste this in your browser to connect: steam://connect/62.210.127.128:27015
Alternatively, Open Up Overwatch and open the console by pressing ~ then write: connect 62.210.127.128:27015
Method 3: Use the Steam Browser favorite list and add this IP: 62.210.127.128:27015 and you'll be able to favorite it/see it.

++ Server 2, Vanilla server (8 players max) ++

This is a stress test server, please report any performance issues or bugs.

Got a custom map? - Please comment or make a discussion for the map and i'll check it out when the times apporpiate, if its good i'll add it to the servers.

Note: This is a revival group, you can do more in reviving this mod by inviting/introducing players into this mod rather than only playing in the servers I host.

So if you got any buddies you think will enjoy the game or people, feel free to introduce them.

Some rather unfortunate news.

Dedicated Servers are now permanetly offline until further notice.

While I was re-building my Wine (Which I use to simulate a windows enviroment to run the srcds to host OverWatch in my debian machine), I had wiped the configuration data, and with it, the OverWatch server files, configuration, and the rest of the dedicated server files.

Sure I could re-host it, but that'd take me time, and I don't feel like it, thus it's unlikely to ever happen again.

If someone else wishes to host a server feel free to, you can find all the custom maps the community made in here (Which is 1 so far): http://extragaming.club/ow/overwatch/

You may still use this group to organize events together, but chances of a group event running will be none-existant unless its a dedicated server.
