Great Teamwork,
Friendly, not aggresive.
Willingness to scrim and do group activities.
Willing to take orders, and one day give them.

Ps. this means any order if someone higher ranked then you says run at those 40 men standing over there, you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ say how fast? but this also means if you abuse your ranked power you will be depromoted.
