Our ingenius attempt at making EU4 a good game

Group for development of the EU4 mod "Make Europa Great Again".
Basically so we can post status updates, discuss balance issues together and give each other suggestions.

As for the CHANGELOG, just chuck in the details of your changes at the top and Phant will format it when he gets around to it.

We'll coordinate versions by what's actually pushed out to the public, internal versions don't really matter, it's a simple mod and GitHub manages that.

Phant will handle vanilla game updates.
