We are a group that tries our best to help people with any problems in their life, including physical and mental strugglings.

This is a peaceful and safe platform to express your thoughts and feelings. Please all the members respect each other and help to develop a positive environment.

If you are looking for help, please go to our discussions, comment on the group, join the group chat, or even contact an administrator or moderator.

If you chat to a helper about your problems, the information will be restrictly confidential.

Our helpers wont always be available, so if a helper does not reply in ten minutes, please contact another helper.

Just a friendly tip, anyone that is a mod or higher is helper.

Because of all the helpers we are getting, our limit on words are reaching a max, so there is a discussion of all the helpers now so we can update it whenever someone wants to help.
