Status on TF2 Server (WIP)

As many moderators and officers here should know, I'm currently working on a TF2 Server.
Sadly, this server is encountering a few issues at the moment, and I am still working on fixing it.
I hope to have it all ready by May 2nd - May 3rd at most.
The main issue is that it does not show up on the "Internet" tab on Team Fortress 2, and unjoinable by other players.

No longer in need of officers / admins.

Moderators needed: 3.

You must be mature, and not a "group troll".
We do not need people banning others for no reason.

The link for moderators isn't working for me, is there another way I can apply for a moderator?

Only 55 more members till I can make a server.
The reason for the number of people being 100 is because not every player in the group will be active, due to things like school.
