電気 Oki : Total War is a preparation total war group for Shogun II. It is also part of a preparation pact that I, and King Francis I of Bohemia, are going to make. If you are interested in joining that pact, please contact me. You have to claim a region of Japan, China, Taiwan, North Korea, or South Korea. You cannot claim a whole country, and cannot use former ETW and NTW groups for it.
