For those who don't know, Steam had recently allowed people to watch their friends through Steam Broadcasting. Think of it as live streaming. You can watch someone else on your friends list by right clicking and selecting "Watch Game." They will need to provide permission to view your game though. You can change this by going into Steam (top left corner) > Settings > Broadcasting. Note that not everyone's PC can be designed for streaming.
