Just so that everyone's on the same page about the clan hierachy, if you've been promoted to a certian role, it's because I feel that you're both trustworthy enough to not abuse additional capabilities granted by your role, and that you're dedicated enough to the clan to deserve the title granted by your role.

I feel that some people may hesitate when excercising the capabilities granted by their role, because they feel that it would be out of place for them to do so. So, to help put some of that hesitation at rest, let me say this; Everyone is expected, but not required, to use any and all capabilited granted by their role within the clan hierarchy as they see fit.

For example, a Leader is expected to promote those who have a lower role within the hierarchy, if the Leader feels as if they are deserving of a promotion. A Leader, however, is not required to go and actively recruit new members the clan.
