 Improvements have been made to the multiplayer sessions.
• Users should no longer be kicked out of multiplayer sessions at random points.

 Improved stability after very long periods of gameplay.

 Numerous gameplay fixes, tweaks and improvements.

 Improvements to the physics system.
• Physics related crashes when large explosions occur have been fixed.
• Improved the vehicle physics and handling.

 Improvements to the AI pathfinding.
• We have addressed various issues with AI path finding and script logic
• AI priorities system has been changed to reduce the occurrence of AI fireteam members walking in front of the player’s line of fire. Also when the AI has no option but to cross the users line of fire audio feedback is now given.

 Improvement to the audio playback system.
• We have included new audio mixes for the Humvee and helicopter. This will prevent in game speech being drowned out by the vehicle engine noise.
• Changes made to the audio system to stop the audio dropping out mid way through missions.

 Graphical improvements
• Occlusion culling is now turned off for high end PC’s aiding performance.
• Improvements have been made to the advanced graphics menu.
• Improvements have been made to the character rendering system to prevent un-textured or low LOD characters being seen.
• Numerous minor graphical issues have also been addressed.

 Update to user_config for DLC achievements
• This has been done to allow us to add 5 new achievements for the upcoming DLC “Valley of Death” DLC pack.

 We have reduced the number of campaign checkpoints that the player can trigger in the experienced difficulty.

Bullet Drop Info

Good discussion on the forums for bullet drop info, here is part:

For the M16A4 & M4A1, the standard sniper scope (SN) and the night ops scope (NO) will yield the same results:

SN & NO - 400 meters per dot.
SN & NO with sound suppressor - 200 meters per dot. (Due to the reduced velocity of the bullet).

Now it gets a bit more complicated. If you use the Marksman Training B-Mod with these, then they change to:

SN & NO with Marksman Training B-Mod - 800 meters per dot. (I know this sounds outrageous, but I've tested it repeatedly and keep getting the same result.) So basically anything within the effective range of the round will only require you to aim somewhere between the zero and the first dot down to score a hit.

SN & NO with sound suppressor & Marksman Training B-Mod - 600 meters per dot. (A balance between the reduced velocity sound suppressed round and the reduced bullet drop of the Marksman Training B-Mod.)

I experimented with the AP ammo in conjunction with all the above and it seems to make no difference.

(Credit for this part goes to djack10: I found out that when you enable the Marksman Training B-Mod, it makes the ACOG accurate and the bullets go where you aim.)

For the M14 DMR & M39 EMR, the results are:

SN & NO - 300 meters per dot.
SN & NO with sound suppressor - 200 meters per dot.

I have tried the Sharpshooter Training B-Mod in conjunction with these and haven't noticed any change in bullet drop, although it does reduce the recoil felt, especially for the M14.

I have not tried the Muzzle Velocity Special Mod with these as frankly I don't ever intend to use it, as I'm a good enough sniper to be able to deal with bullet drop, and you should be too

The scopes for the M107 .50 Cal are at 200 meters per horizontal line, with the small vertical lines inbetween being an added 100, just as they were in Dragon Rising. So, for a target at 500 meters, you would use the vertical line between the second and third horizontal lines from the center.

For the SMAW AT weapon, the scope is as 300 meters per horizontal line. This has been proven by several 900 meter helo takedowns with this weapon
