Civ 5 But For Noobs/New Players!

I'd love to get an NQ mod game going with some people a bit closer to my own skill level. If you're more experienced at multiplayer that's fine, just no flaming others for being bad at the game.
I am NA but I generally have good ping to EU players as well. I have never hosted before so im not 100% sure that I am able to, but I have a good computer and good internet so im willing to try!
Usually online around 6 pm EST most days.
