For all your favorite Nichelings (and their stories) to be put in the limelight!

Now I have seen a few other groups focused on Niche fanfictions, but from my experience, many of them have had too many limits for my liking. Nobody wants to completely rewrite the best parts of their stories to tailor them for an audience that might not even read your story to begin w/. W/ that being said, feel free to post any stories Niche related here, anything from full on fanfictions to tiny side stories. If you feel like a Nicheling in your tribe is worth a little story, we do too!

(Mandatory) Group rules

Remember how in the group description I mentioned how other groups of this nature are too limiting? Well although I stand by what I said and am in no way planning on forcing you to make all your stories, and your behaviors in the group a certain way, we can all agree a small set of rules are needed to be put in place for this group to thrive and maintain its humble and happy state. W/ that being said if you do feel any rule I place here is too strict or not clear enough, please either DM me or post your concerns in the comment section of this post as I can try to fix the issue. So w/o any further ado let's get this list over w/ so you can get back to your writing!

Story related rules

As far as NSFW goes, Niche is a game that addresses some pretty sensitive topics such as death, incest and rogue males forcefully mating w/ your females against their wills. but this is an animal kingdom related game, and as such these things do happen, and you can write about them. I'll even allow gore as long as you feel it is needed to help give more depth to a character or the plot of your story(As long as you do put disclaimers in beforehand, you really don't know who your readers will be and we don't want to take any chances). However I will not allow detailed(Or just in general) scenes of characters mating. You can argue all you want but those scenes almost never strengthen the plot (If anything they weaken the plot and the story) and there are many other ways to prove two characters have a great relationship w/ one another. (When writing about rogue males you can still pretty clearly explain that they've impregnated a female against her will w/o going too into depth about what exactly the male did to your creature.)
Please ask permission before using another user's character in your story. Believe it or not, not that many people like knowing their tribe's savior had fifteen babies and was buried alive in another's story. To make things even easier, you can put disclaimers in your story telling people whether or not they can use your characters and any rules they'd have to follow if they do choose to use them, to save the time of copy-pasting your answer to everyone who asks.
Collaborations are welcomed! Feel free to team up w/ other users for a story.

Behavioral rules

Critiques are allowed. As long as you're giving critiques in a proper, mature manner, critiques will be embraced w/ open arms.
Do not attack other users. You would think this would be common knowledge, but you are not to spam or harass the other users in this group. If someone's getting you all worked up, I do ask that you calmly either try to work it out, or come to me. Anyone who just wants to get on other user's nerves can suck on a lemon wedge, in a crate, at the bottom of the ocean.
Lastly, have fun! This group was not made to be stressful and so if you need a break, take all the time you need!

@MysticTopaz whatever would work for you! Yes, I would recommend posting your story in discussions so you don't have to worry about a very scattered story that nobody could find. As for story partings I actually really love the idea of your real niche experience going into parts, however whatever you feel would be easiest you should feel free to do. (You can make as many discussions on here as you like for your story, just make sure you put the story title at the beginning so people know which of your stories this is the next part of!)

I've never made a story about my nichelings, but I'm considering doing so. If I do, should it go in the discussions? Also, would it be one of those things where you do it in parts? Like, I could write about what happens in one real-life day of play [no doubt spanning several in-game days and/or generations], post it, then write about another day's adventures and post it in a separate discussion as "part two" and so on?
