In 2013 a group of donators, moderators, and admins were banned for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a cancer server to other games and ex-member groups. Today, still banned by the NeonHeights Servers, they survive as admins of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the Ex-Neons.
I'm not going to be like Neon where if you wrote a comment he don't like, he'll delete, so it's okay to share your opinion here, but if you're going to cause a massive argument, or post unrelated comments, then I might have to delete your comment

Five months ago today, we had made a ballsy decision to go against NeonHeight's quite large but pitiful servers and we had pulled such a stunt that had caused almost irreversable damage to the NeonHeight's Trading Post's administrator & moderator infrastructure.
Many of us had regrouped to this group and then to Bob Ross's short-lived for a few weeks. Since then, many of us had split apart. This group is quite dead of course, more than half of the original people who were here have left, but as many have left as we have fragmented and carried on our own ways.
Consider this a farewell, and remember where all of us had come from: that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ minecraft tf2 server.If you didn't come from there how the ♥♥♥♥ did you get here? Whatever. Troubled Times at NeonHeights

Based on announcements from the NeonHeights group page, it appears their servers are becoming ravaged by donator abuse and are suffering from a lack of funding from their donation program. The statement below from a NeonHeights announcement states this very clearly.

"We are barely making enough to keep up with our current monthly goals now. I have found myself paying out of my own pocket recently to keep the servers running. Because of this, I will not be cancelling the donation program completely. The "old" donator has now become [B-Donator] and [U-Donator] will stay the same. The U-Donators and B-Donators will all keep their slots, we simply are not allowing any new people to donate to the old positions. There will be a new position available for [Donator].

If you are a U-Donator or B-Donator, please check the website for UPDATED commands. You now have access to resize but have had slay, explode and other easily-abusive commands taken away. Refer to the donator command tab on the website for more info."

Neon has also announced this:
"We will need to take in roughly 20+ donations a month (assuming they are all $5) to keep up with our server bills. I highly doubt we are going to make this and I will most likely have to help pay for them, but I want the players to have a better experience instead of worrying about donators breaking the rules and killing them."

This shows that NeonHeights Servers are not at all what they have used to be, and with their high donator quota it sounds like the good days of NeonHeights Servers have ended and the servers are going through bad times.
