PFC : Private First Class
SPC : Specialist
CPL : Corporal
SGT : Sergeant
SSG : Staff Sergeant
MSG : Master Sergeant
1SG : First Sergeant
SGM : Sergeant Major
CSM : Command Sergeant Major
SMA : Sergeant Major of the Army
WO1 : Warranty Officer
CW2 : Chief Warranty Officer 2
CW3 : Chief Warranty Officer 3
CW4 : Chief Warranty Officer 4
CW5 : Chief Warranty Officer 5
2LT : Second Lieutenant
1LT : First Lieutenant
CPT : Captian
MAJ : Major
LTC : Lieutenant Colonel
CPL : Colonel
BG : Brigadier General
MG : Major General
LTC : Lieutenant General
GEN : General
GA : General of Army

You can also do Reserved Officer Training (ROTC) to be ranked up 1 or 2 depending how well they do so like after their training and you become private instead you become Private 2 or even Private First Class which in case you do amazingly good in Reserved Officer Training (Reply in comments your ideas for the group).
