L4D2 Map Pack Updates

I've added some new maps to the L4D2 Map Pack!

New Versus Map additions include:

• Left 4 Mario
  
• Back to School Campaign
  
• I Hate Mountains 2

Additionally, I've added some training maps that serve as a good place to practice a bit and learn some game mechanics in a no-pressure environment.

Training Maps include:

• Hunter Training
  
• HSTM Training

We are planning to host a L4D2 Tournament soon, looking to host around mid December.
Tournament includes a cash-prize for ALL teams, regardless of placing!
