It's been a month since the outbreak of the H1-Z virus world wide. Billions dead or dying, and the virus continues to spread, attacking the brain's cognitive functions in the prefrontal cortex, occipital lobe, and the temporal lobe. Infected are reduced to a primitive cerebellum urge-state of KILL AND EAT.

You are part of a rag-tag group of RUSSIAN/FINNISH volunteers tasked with recovering lost UN medical documents on the northern island of NAMALSK. These medical documents were part of an emergency medical team dispatched to NAMALSK early in the pandemic with the goal of distributing an ANTI-H1-Z receptor binding inhibitor. They were to distribute this "RBI" and document the results using field bloodwork, but contact was lost a few days into the trial. It's not known whether the results of the tests are useful or not, but radio reports from the missing team indicated promising results early on...These are desperate times and every little scrap of data on H1-Z helps.
