Working for the betterment of NRP (also black peope)

When I was a Head admin, I used to have a group of common players whos purpouse was protecting NRP from trolls and ill doers. People who were active, and dedicated players.

Players that I chose would report to me about about activities of players who would SERIOUSLY damage the role playing space, while there were no admins (or worse, they were just not paying attention to players).
They would report activities such as delaying, trolling, spamming, etc.
Now, keep in mind that i was the only admin that knew about this, not even other HAs knew.
One other thing they would do, is incite trolliness in others, for example spam (for a little while) and if others followed we knew who we shouldve gone after.
Then these trolls would be reported to me, and i wouldve banned them.

Then "dark" times started, and Izu became a head admin, I stepped down from being a head admin, then without of my protection some members were banned "for inciting trolliness" others left, and others just stopped with M&B.
Then even i stopped playing M&B and group was disbanded, but now i've started being active again and I think its time to restart the Group.

IF I chose you (and added you to this group), than your job (as an ordinary player) is to do the things mentioned above, you will also report if some admins are abusing their power, OR if they are unjustly banning others, you must also report if some admins have any disagreements with other admins and they are talking about it to you the players (but not to other admins).
Obviously this will be your job IF you ACCEPT to join our Group.
