Who is interested in getting a new clan going loosely based off the old =SOC= one.

I know some of you, most of you, ok, all of you are probably wondering if I fell into the abyss the last few years or at least what the heck happened to me. I know, I know, no excuses but all I can say is I had many personal, family, professional & medical issues to deal with and I'm just now starting to embrace the world again. Hope I haven't lost the connection, regards and respect of all of you still here. My Comrades...

Suffice to say I've really missed and have longed for the old days of being knee deep in blood & guts off on some other worldly map (ok, a 2142 map...hehe, ok, Camp G... LOL) with the odds stacked against us and surviving just five more minutes seems totally futile but somehow with my fellow soldiers at arms, (many of you), we pull that proverbial rabbit out of the hat once again, vanquish our foes, force them in to utter subservience yet again, haha, gotta luv it, right!

Ok, sure I also suffer with and from a rich fantasy life and very vivid imagination or some would say or call it RDD. a pure and undeniable Reality Detachment Disorder... ;-) haha...

Anyways, I have installed several games and want to start playing again some. Damn I miss it. Although this is my weak and general PC, my power system went down about a year and half agao, motherboard blew, that should clue you in a little, i have yet to fix it still, just been sitting there collecting dust, but plan on reviving it soon.

Have a warranty of 250 on it, if I can't fix it, looks like I'm buying a whole new Motherboard, CPU, and Memory. ♥♥♥♥ i just don't want to have to do all that, that's like 800 bucks for the good stuff, i did a little researching and I can't find a chip set compatible MB that will allow me to keep my present CPU....but.... oh well, just trying to show you all, I really did fall off the gaming earth for a long while, no joking about it.

Just have to see if it can give me more then a bevy of screen shots for a frame rate. I also want to get up an running with BF4 sometime, even play BF3 some again. I was reading just a few days ago, Dice is working right now, presently on a true update to BattleField, not that Hardline game, for release i guess in 2017. Damn i hope it's a true update to 2142.

They have to get off the contempory mold, the last 4 games I believe have all taken place in present times. Time for a change, right! Now I mean a real update to the old 2142 engine not a face paint job of BF4 so it just looks like 2142. That's what Dice did with BF:BC2 - Viet Nam. It had nothing to do with the old BF Viet Nam game, it was just a paint job of BC2 so it looked like Viet Nam. The style, format and structure was all different. I played both i know personally.

Anyway, been to long, have missed my old comrades-at-arms much, hoping to get a chance to chat, game, soldier and squad up with many of you soon again as I get a chance to embrace and indulge this blood lust that seems to be overwhelming me more and more for virtual sprites of discontent. (hey, thought it sounded good when i wrote it. I'm rusty, give me a break..... haha.)
