Imām Ibn al-Qayyim, d. 751 AH (رحمه الله) noted:
"The harm attributable to wasting time is more severe than death. This is because wasting time by not engaging in acts of righteousness severs one from Allāh's reward and Paradise, while death disrupts only your connection to this worldly life and its people."

“O Allāh! I complain to You of my weakness and my limited means and my insignificance before the people...”
“We considered the best part of our lives to be that in which there was ṣabr.”
Related by al-Bukhārī (1 l/303) in ta’leeq form, and it has been related in connected form by Imām Aḥmad in al-Zuhd with a Ṣaḥīḥ isnād – as al-Ḥāfiẓ
as for hanging up lamps allahu 3lam.
if you dont live amongs tthe nasara (christians) maybe rules differ? because i remember a qoute not sure if its autentic but that (its already 8 years ago or something)
imam maalik talked with 7anbali (or but lesser likely 2 of their students) and that they talking about wearing a blue turban and the nasara weared the blue turban in 1 area im not sure which one (that of imaam maalik or 7anbali)
but at the area where the nasara weared the blue turban muslims shouldnt wear that but it was fine in other areas (so not to imitate them).
now the nasara and mul7idoon (atheists) knowdays decorate their houses with lights etc and buying a christmas tree which they trow away a month later all such kinde things.
they based this upon religious practises.
christmas has been invented many years ago.
the priests back then this was i think 300 CE said this is an innovation and forbid it when people started celebrating it.
however when i read fatawa i see its still a relgeious symbol and that this not premissible to have a christmas tree and no matter when as this is speceficly for them.
this is possible different as the above qoute in case its sa7i7.
im affraid i cant have a clear answer for this but i at least tried to give some information.
also mawlid during rab3i al awwal i think this has the exact same ruling as christmas.
another thing during 3id if soemane doesnt pray tahajjud she shouldnt do that unless he does it regulary as its not prescribed to pray tahajjud during 3id unlike in ramadaan

Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (b. 728H) - رَحِمَهُاللهُ - said:
As for specifying the month of Rajab for fasting then all the narrations concerning that are unauthentic. Rather, they are fabricated and [are] not relied upon by the people of knowledge.
Majmū’ al-Fatāwá (v. 25 p. 290)
Al-Imām Ibn al-Qayyim (b. 752H) رَحِمَهُاللهُ - said:
Every narration which mentions fasting in the month of Rajab and fasting some of its nights are fabricated lies.
Al-Manār al-Munīf (p. 96)
Al-Ḥāfidh al-’Irāqī (b. 806H) رَحِمَهُاللهُ - said:
There is no authentic narration regarding the virtue of the month of Rajab.
Fayd al-Qadīr (v. 4 p. 18)
There has been no ṣaḥīḥ ḥadīth narrated that can be used as a proof regarding the virtue of the month of Rajab, fasting its entirety or a specific portion of it, or standing in prayer on a specific night from it. I have been preceded in this assertion and have narrated it from al-Imām al-Ḥāfidh Abū Ismā’īl al-Harawī (b. 481H) with an authentic chain of narration and, likewise, other than him.
Also, he said:
As for the narrations that regard the virtues of Rajab, [for example] fasting its entirety or a portion of it, then these [narrations] are of two types: either ḍa’īfah (weak) or mawḍū’ah (fabricated).
Tabyīn al-’Ajab fīmā Warada fī Faḍl Rajab (p. 11)
Upon the authority of Ibn Umar – Radhiyallahu ‘Anhu – “Whosoever is able to die in Madina then let him die in it, for indeed i will intercede (in a version “..bear witness) for the one who dies in it”
(Collected by At Tirmidhi (3917) and declared ‘Saheeh’ by Shaikh Al Albaani)
"regaib kandil mubarek muslim brothers...make fasting its soo helal, if your cant wait untill mirac kandil born of muhammed sav, yours also can pray 12 rakah in regaib night"
So you are advising us to pray 12 rakah and fast because it is the month of Rajab, or the birth day of the prophet (pbuh), because we get more reward in those days than any other time, correct?
"O Allah! Since You know everything, I beseech You to show me what is best for me; since Your power extends over everything, I beseech You to grant me success and bestow upon me what is good, by Your great generosity. For Your power extends over everything, mine does not; You know everything, I do not. Surely You know the unseen and the unseen."
When it comes to worship... all worship is haram, except what Allah told us in halal.
{Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “If you ˹sincerely˺ love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you and forgive your sins. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”} 3:31 Quran.
We are not better than the prophet (pbuh). If there was any special reward in Rajab he would have told us.

The Pagan roots of Christmas & the stance of the Muslim - By Sh. Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Wāhid حفظه الله
https://youtube.com/watch?v=KS3oxr46rKc
Why would we go and celebrate Christmas when it's not even mentioned as a holiday in the Bible (if we assume that the Bible was authentic and not fabricated) also, the birthday of Jesus (pbuh) isn't even verified !!! We don't even celebrate the birth of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) (some Muslims do but it's an innovation), and in the end we only gain sins for helping in glorifying a major sin which is associating partners with God!
(Reported by at-Tirmidhi who declares it to be hasan-gharib and Imām Ahmad in Al-Musnad. Sheikh al-Albāni declared it to be hasan in As-Silsilah, no. 1408)

His Eminence, Shaykh Dr. ’Abdullāh ibn ’Abd ar-Raḥīm al-Bukhārī — may Allāh preserve him — said:
“The scholars are like the stars in the sky: if people abandon them, they go astray; and if they disappear from them, they become confused. Thus said Abū Qilābah — may Allāh have mercy on him and be pleased with him — in al-Muṣannaf by Ibn Abī Shaybah.”
