Payday was great last Friday and I'm surprised at how well we all did on hard given our inexperience with the game. The next event will be in two weeks and probably on a Wednesday again.

I don't think I can give titles to members, however either a user can change their steam name to their title or other steam users and give a nickname that will only be visible by them...either or probably not what you are going for Joe sadly.
