American Apparel Lawsuit Update

My brethren,

Our attempts to end the trademark infringement by American Apparel has encountered yet another speed bump. As I briefed you on previously, we are pursuing legal action against American Apparel for infringing on what we consider our exclusive right to intensify the groinal regions of today's younger generation through excessively tight fitting pants, tights, shorts, onesies, culottes, skirts, jumpers, and skirlots.

In the Superior Court of Sandusky, Judges Hayes D. Kurtain and Samantha F. Beefe ruled that we must prove that our products provide a unique and identifiable design/outline when used properly. Some legal scholars have already begun to announce the birth of a new doctrine in clothing law, the Beefe-Kurtain Exception.

We will keep you updated on the outcome of our our appeal.

The first winner of the Ninja Foot Award is dadio1211. During a spirited round of TF2 in the Well map, dadio1211 was spotted jumping from a catwalk with our new line of snug fit "Baby Blues" jeans. Upon landing, he was knifed by a spy.
