PicMonkey[www.picmonkey.com]is an online photo editor. I mainly use it for child's play type of pictures. Like, re sizing the pictures, edit the colors a little. but it does MUCH more!

Here is another random and seeming useless website. I have used it often. RGB Color Wheel[www.colorspire.com] will give you precise rgb measurements, for specific colors. It is quite useful when modifying FOC, or making a video game with GameMaker Studio.
