Owned by Pajama Sam, this is a raffle group specificaly made to make TF2 even more based around hats (like every other raffle group). And as my friend specifically states, I literally do not know how to run a group at all. Although, there are people who say that these raffles are unfair or you didn't get your item back because you don't know what the hell raffles are, we don't have a complaints department.
