Na'Vi VS Titan

My Thoughts

I think this will be a very close game, with Smithzz starting to frag with the AWP, I can see this going either way. The key to Titan that we saw yesterday was ScreaM and Shox. If they're are not firing, Titan will lose. On the other side we have Guardians men, who have in my opinion, been slacing a little bit, although they made the finals to the major. They definetly had the easiest path, but we can not discredit GuardiaN and Seizeds ability to frag-out and win key matches.
Recent Form Since Major

Na'Vi - (0-2, 10-16, 7-16) Loss to MouseSports, Na'Vi havent played any online games since the Major.

Titan - (0-2, 6-16, 10-16) Loss to Luminosity Gaming, Titan havent played any games since the Major.

Analysis

I think Na'Vi should be able to mop this one up 2-1. Titan rely to much on Scream and Shox to be on point for them to take this win, although, on the flipsid3 (Kappa?No?, ok) if ScreaM and Shox are on point, I do see this bo3 going to Titan 2-1. Either way it will go down to the wire.

Virtus.Pro vs. Dignitas

My Thoughts

Virtus Pro seemed to be quite shaky in the second map against a tier 2 North American team in Conquest. They managed to pull their heads in, picking up 6 straight round tying the game up 15-15, and winning overtime 22-19. Pasha seems to be on point in the last couple of weeks. But with pasha being on point, Neo's form has dropped off a little bit, which is a slight concern. If you saw the VP booth today, they were very concentrated when they were losing, and you could see what their ambition was, to win. Digniats have been looking good, downing Liquid 2-0 yesterday, in a great overall performance, especially by Pimp on map 1. They have very good records against VP, and I can definitely see them taking a map, but im unsure of their ability to take the whole series. They have great potential in this game, and with odds like this, I can only see myself betting on VP.

Recent Form Since Major

Virtus.Pro - (2-0, 16-7, 22-19) Win against Conquest, (0-2, 13-16, 9-16) Loss to Orgless (S1mple did go nuts tho)

Dignitas - (2-0, 16-8, 16-13) Win against Liquid, (4-16) Loss to NiP.

Analysis

I think Virtus.Pro should be able to take control of the game and win 2-0. If Pasha and co. are still in-form, and have the momentum from Yesterdays comeback win, the threshold will be to big for Dignitas. Although I do see the possibility of dig taking a map, it is highly unlikely and will require Tenzki,
Pimp and Kjaerby going nuts.

Liquid vs. Conquest

My thoughts

Conquest put up a great shwoing yesterday, taking VP to double overtime, but it was their match to lose, they had VP at 15-9, and just needed one round to clench the victory. Although they let it slip and managed to lose 2-0, with Rush and Stanislaw firing i can see them taking this. Liquid got demolisehd by Dignitas on train, and lost on their own map cobble. I do see Liquid coming back from this though. They seemed to be in a bit of a slump, but this was also NiP on day 1 of the Major too. Small lapses of error and some fault in Communication, will lead to a loss. I see them picking it up, and winning this best of three though.

Recent Form Since Major

Liquid - (0-2 8-16, 13-16) Loss to Dignitats, (11-16) Loss to Winterfox, (16-6) Win vs Winterfox, (16-6) Win vs Luminosity.

Conquest - (0-2, 7-16, 19-22) Loss to VP, (16-6) Win vs Enemy, (16-3) Win vs SKDC, (2-0, 16-13, 16-13) Win against compLexity.

Final Thoughts

I personally think Liquid will come out firing today, and depeding on the odds, I could place a bet on Liquid. I have never really seen Conquest defeat a tier 1 NA team in a bo3, so now is their chance to shine.

Mouz to win 2-0, Niko, Nex and Chrisj's Fragging power will be too much to handle for LG, as it showed v Na'Vi.
