New addition to the MSR!

The Board Members and I (qwerty) have discussed, and now there is a new sector/subsidary/whatever to the MSR.

The MSR is owned by Echo Mtn. & Rockside (EMRS), and this new sector, called "The American Sector," is owned by Norfolk Naval Base & Northern (NNB&N). (cuz it was my idea)
