I know this might not be the right ticket, but I don’t have access to an appeal option, so I’m messaging here.
I want to talk about my ban for “stream sniping,” as I believe it’s a misunderstanding. My team and I had already built in that area from the start of the wipe and had a base there before any fights happened.
The player who was streaming came later and kept fighting us. They killed us multiple times, and we fought back, which is normal in Rust.
We didn’t know they were streaming at all. I only found out after when a friend recognized their voice. Because of that, I don’t understand how this counts as stream sniping.
Please review the situation, especially the timing of when our base was built compared to theirs. It should show we were there first.
I’ve also bought VIP and enjoy the server, so I wouldn’t risk breaking rules.
Thanks for your time.
