Communication:
-You are required to communicate in English at all times, regardless of what your main language is. You're playing on an English server, therefore you shall communicate in English.
-Respect others, this includes not insulting others, no hate speech, racism, no sexist ramarks -- basically, no discrimination of any kind.
-Don't spam the chat with useless, un-needed stuff.

Building projects:
-Every persons buildings must now be atleast 100 blocks away from each other. (unless both people are fine with being within 100 blocks of each other)
-Peoples buildings must have signs up, saying who built them - otherwise they seem un-occupied.
-If someones sign says "Don't enter", then simply don't enter - because obviously the person that built that building doesn't want others entering.
-Destroying buildings by others is against the rules.
-Please do not kill neutral mobs in the area of someone's project, since they are one of a kind and will not spawn back.
-If you're near someone's project and you caused a creeper to blow up -- fill in the hole, it is annoying for that person to need to fill it in himself... because it was you that caused it.

Villages:
-It is against the rules to destroy a village for the sheer fact of destroying it (that means, setting it on fire - blowing it up etc, then walking away)... however, it's perfectly fine to destroy a village IF you're going to build something over it.
-You may NOT loot anything of the villages if you do NOT plan to build anything over it.

Nether:
-Destroying the Blaze spawners is against the rules - due to the fact that the Blaze guards (as they're called) drop a rare resource, required for... making a Brewing stand, making Blaze Powder - which in turn allows you to make Magma Cream, Eye of Ender, Mundane Potion, and the Potion of Strength.

Cheating:
-It is against the rules to use any cheating mods, such as (but not limited to) - flymod, xray, speedhack, etc. Basically anything that gives you an advantage.
-It is against the rules to use any exploits that are in the game, as before - you gain an advantage - so it isn't allowed.
