1. When there is an announcement, join the group chat and start the lottery
2. Players who payed entry to the lottery will be given some items depending on the type of lottery

So it goes something like this...
I post an announcement,
then you join the group chat,
then we'll start a vote: winners; best out of 1, 3, 5,
then you give in items needed for an entry/entries,
like...
1. _____
2. _____
3. _____
4. _____
5. _____
6. _____
and then I will randomize the numbers and find out the winner, prizes could be for exampls 6 weapons for the winner, and price could be scrap, for a small type of lottery :D

If you win weapons, I might let you pick the weapons from my bag the I allow you to have.

If the group goes big, we'll start with huge amount of metals, and prizes could be bills!
