Found info that may help our 'placing' issue from multiple mods. Sounds like you just have to Re-DL what mods are ahaed of them in the load order until you stumble on the offending bad files.

One mod in your modlist is not correctly updated, causing all mods after it to be unusable too. Just update the mod if you can find which one is causing this, or update every mods.
