Some things that you should be doing (at a minimum) every day.
1. Thirty minutes of LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio, e.g. walking or a leisurely bike ride.
2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep, this should be the lowest amount you're getting.
3. 10 minutes of meditation.

Even if you don't get a workout in, doing at least these three things should keep your body and mind in pretty good nick. As always, may your meals be massive, your slumber deep, your training brutal, and gains eternal.
