basically the only thing stopping people from becoming truly happy is reality itself. You cannot escape reason, and no I am not depressed. I am just confused.

I just feel like we're living in a society that's constantly telling us to pursue our passion and if you don't life your life to its fullest, the you're squandering it; witch makes sense to me; but, then you go out to pursue those passions and stuff like the economy and other forces outside of your control constantly beat you back down, so you ultimatley have to live your life choosing between either making ends meet or self-actualization. You're in this constant existential purgatory and you just can't win.
