IS Allowed:

1. Engineer building dispensers and teleporters.
2. Rocket and Sticky jumping (but abuse of this to kill people and then claiming you were jumping is not allowed. By allowing jumping we mean onto roofs etc)
3. All taunt kills
4. Ubercharge when charged via Ubersaw

NOT Allowed:

1. Spies
2. Half-Zatoichi
3. Huntsman/Crusader's crossbow firing arrows
4. Jarate
5. Sentrys
6. Kritzkrieg
7. Buff Banner
8. Milk
9. Concheror
10. Chargin Targe
11. Medic healing
12. KGB
13. Pyro backblast
14. Buffalo Steak
15. Crit A Cola
