Our organisation (TCA), will potentially provide each memeber of the team with LAN tickets, accomodation, and maybe even peripherals, providing that we achieve the right results online. We had already made a team of 5 like-minded players so we could finalise a line-up, improve synergy and practice together, but we had some differences with our ambitions and activity. We were a team of 5 UK Globals, but now 1 of our players are leaving and we are looking for a very, very good AWPer to take his place.

We want people who really have a passion for Counter Strike. We want players that will want to / currently practice all of the time because they want to improve their game knowledge and their mechanics as a player. We want people that know that they have the potential and the dedication to reach the level that amateur / professional players are at, but are waiting for the right opportunity or the right motivation to achieve that level. With these kind of players and the backing of our organisation, this is that opportunity, and with all the right players and mindset, going further than online ladders could be a possibility.

What we want from you:

At least Global Elite in MM
Previous High+ Team Experience
To have superb individual aim and mechanics as well as great game knowledge overall.
Prepared to dedicate a lot of time and effort to make this work.
Prepared to focus and take this seriously.
Super keen for Counter-Strike.
Can speak fluent English.
Can play at least 4 days a week, Sundays and Thursdays are a must for tournaments.
Can take constructive criticism and can learn and improve from it.
17 years of age+
Positive Attitude, Winning Mentality, Mature, Non-Rager
What you can expect from the team:

A team of dedicated players that want to go far in the competitive scene.
All Global Elite / High+ players with a lot of team experience in Counter-Strike.
A team that will play a lot of online leagues / tournaments and looking to LAN in the future.
A team of players that are constantly wanting to improve their individual mechanics and teamwork.
A calm and focused environment.
A training schedule for the team to follow, but flexible around issues in real life.
Players that can take constructive criticism in the interest of improving the team as a whole.
Potential LAN support paid for by an experienced organisation, including tickets to the event and accomodation for the LANs if the team does well in online tournaments.
It's also expected that you will practice CS:GO in addition to scrimming times to keep up and improve individual mechanics. The timetable is flexible, so if you make it into the team and there are any issues with the schedule, then we can work around it to make a timetable that is suitable for all of us. Depending on how much the final line-up wants to play, we may even schedule more time to play team games on Fridays and Saturdays. Please refrain from adding me on Steam.
