Third Age: Total War - Great mod for Medieval II: Kingdoms. You get to control any race in middle Earth fighting Evil or Good. You can control the Dwarves too with Heroes like Gimli, Balin and Gloin.

The Lord of the Rings Online: Best MMORPG made (In my and others opinion). You can create a character, Different Races (Including Dwarves), and you go on a massive adventure. There are two expansions for it (Mines Of Moria and Siege of Mirkwood) which take the adventure to new regions of Middle Earth and tons more stuff
