The Offical Mandate of Clan Structure, Part 2

-Ranking System-
Ranks are given based on what you are currently doing for the clan. Only ranks above sergent can be voted into a Head of Department position. Each department head, however, may organize thier own ranks for within their departments. Ranks for the main clan are organized as below:
Warlord-Second in command
General- Gives orders to other ranks besides the Warload and Leader of LNRA
Soldiers- Typic Soldier that ready to kill and die for the clan.
Ranks in Soldiers
1) Private*
2) Corpral*
3) Sergent*
4) Lieutenant
5) Captain
Comrades - People preforming dutys for the clan
Workers - The Ordinary people of the clan (Entry rank)
Spys- they are in LNRA but not the first.
Goulag- douche bags only (They are given no rights and are loosely affilated to us)
* If voted by 2/3 of the whole entire Department of Recruitment, A person can skip this sub rank.
BUT cannot skip entire ranks.

-Special Ranks (Not good)-
If a person is in another TF2 clan then they are automaticly ranked spy and unable to serve in the departments but they may vote. If they are a member of a clan primarily functioning in a non clan affilated game and they swear loyality to LNRA then they may rise above spy after approval of Department of Recruitments.

All members agree not to be blantly and needlessly racist towards any race or ethic group. Jokes and moments of "passion" may be forgiven depending on the Enforcer involved. All members must also agree treat all members, even those of lower rank, with respect as we are all comrades within this clan. The person in Goulag will remain in such until the set time given to him by the Enforcer, who MUST set a time. If the person wishes to appeal this punishment they may contact a member of the Department of Review, and only this department. The Head of the Department of Review may reverse any goulag sentence.

All members agree to follow and obey the guidelines of this mandate. Please comment on the main page that you do indeed agree with the clan's structure. If you feel that a higher member is power abusing then refer to this to decide if you even have a case. Please call out even the founding member if they do not follow the mandate. THIS IS OUR CONSTITUTION.

-Policies of Voting-
The clan as a whole decide the heads of a department, and goals to work towards (except fresh recruits, spies, and Goulag'd people) when the Leader calls forth for a vote. A clan member may choose to vote YES or NO or UNDECIDED. A vote can redone once if at least 33% of the clan demands a recount, giving the loosing party one more chance to prove thier case. If the clan can not choose which option then the Leader can decide for them.

As for decisions of Clan rules, Sever rules, and other matters deemed to quailfy a more selective vote by the Leader will be voted upon by only the heads of the Departments and whoever else the leader selects.

-The Hammer and Sickle-
☭ Are our "medals" for our outstanding members and a symbol of honor members must earn. They may earn up to five hammer and sickles, which are given only by the Leader. However, Everyone in the scrimm team, which shall represent our most elite players in any given game, will be allowed to have one. This Scrimm ☭ should be right behind the clan tag, unlike the ones given by the leader which are behind the whole name.

-Departments-
Leader can add departments if and when needed. The Leader may not remove a department. The removal of departments are only possible by a vote made the clan as a whole or when a head of department resigns . The Orginial departments may not be dissolved, if the clan can not decide how to replace the heads of the departments listed in the mandate then the Leader must appointed the replacement.

Departments- Recruitment(Recruits and Promotes), Enforcement(Demotes, Kicks, Bans), Review(Undos unfair actions of the other branches, Begins impeachment of other Department heads), Special Event (Organizes Scrims, meetings), Propoganda(Directs videos uploaded to internet)

Every department is allowed to recruit within the clan to increase its size and efficenticy. The department head is allowed to recruit anyone of any rank, except other heads of departments and people currently in Goulag, who become suspended from their duties. This, however, must be approved by the Leader and the accepted by the person being asked. When a person joins a department they will automaticly become of a "Comrade" rank unless they are already ranked higher. Department heads must be a member of only their own department, but comrades may work for multiple Departments.
