Kindness, Respect and Domination

Kindness - help each other become better through posivity.
Respect people - both teammates and opponents.
Domination - know that it is a game and take out your frustrations by dominating others ingame! :) The fight is on the field, not between people IRL!


1. Because I want to create a place for people of similar mind (kindred spirits), who also hate toxicity, sexism, racism and general bad behaviour in gaming.
2. I feel like there are too many people online who are trolling, being toxic, bad mannered and so on and no one is taking action - I'm tired of being called things, because I am a woman - people need to do better. Eventually it would be great if platforms and organisations would take action! I hope this group can help that a little! :)

- Be kind and helpful to our teammates.
- Deescalate a situation instead of escalating it.
- Act as moral support with notions such as: Nice try, we'll get them next round or, you are doing really well as examples.
- Be kind to our opponents, meaning no ezez or bad mouthing or whatever. If someone on the other team is being disrespectful, try to educate them or ignore them or mute them - don't give them what they want, which is a bad reaction :)
- No one is perfect, so don't feel bad if you said something one time when someone REALLY pushed all your buttons - everyone makes mistakes.

- Mute someone who gets on your nerves in order for you not to tilt/rage/whatever.
- Call a timeout for your team, if you need a breather - take a deep breath, have some water, come back and try to be positive. Positive reinforcements make for better players - being yelled at/ridiculed makes players worse.
- If you want to win, make people believe in themselves :)
- Solo queueing will not get you a carry, they will most likely be at the rank you are at right now, so be kind, don't expect everyone to be good! :)
