We appreciate your patience with this matter, and apologize again for the extensive delay.

We have confirmed that the publisher is in the process of generating new keys, and they expect to deliver the CD Keys by the end of this week.

As mentioned, a CD Key will be added to your account as soon as we receive them.

If you prefer not to wait, we can issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase into your Steam Wallet (or the purchasing account's Steam Wallet, in cases of a gift subscription) as a customer-service gesture. The credit will also remove the title or item from your account.

Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with this credit.
