We have confirmed that the publisher is in the process of generating new keys, and they expect to deliver the CD Keys by the end of this week.

As mentioned, a CD Key will be added to your account as soon as we receive them.

If you prefer not to wait, we can issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase into your Steam Wallet (or the purchasing account's Steam Wallet, in cases of a gift subscription) as a customer-service gesture. The credit will also remove the title or item from your account.
