Just to Clarify....

So I've been talking to Kevin Via Twitter and he has explained why he wouldn't allow me to reboot it.

He didn't want any problems that may occur on this group to come back and affect him.
As steam doesn't allow a name change this group would always be Kevin's group and that's something both of us didn't want.

The stress of the spammers and just plain childish people in this group made this nothing but a burden for him.

That was the main reason why he closed the group and the main reason he doesn't want it to re-open. If those spammers came and started offending people and this group got flagged that would go on him.

Just wanted to clarify this so everybody didn't think Kevin was just being a ignorant and saying no for no particular reason.

Thanks again for all you guys showing interest :) and sorry for anyone who couldn't care what happened and just got spammed :P
