Before on the old sandbox you would have to get on super late at night and be really unlucky for it to be empty.

I reccomend a few Morrowind Weps and the WAC Aircraft mods. Those I found quite enjoyable!

Hey a few people have requested for the TARDIS either Removed ENTIRELY or just to have it set to Mod/SG-1+, whichever one is lower. idk, i find them equal. SG1 has less but is more selective, but Mod is more selective and has more making it less rare.

I think the railgun should be considered aswell, it sometimes crashes some users on the server and mostly crashes the player that uses it.
